She was willing to negotiate with HOAs to get them to consider our very well-behaved but very large dog, even if their rules suggested that he would not be allowed. She also managed the extensive back-and-forth around the dog like a champ. When an HOA wanted our dog to pass the canine good citizenship test, for example, Brittany set up the testing appointment for us at Petco and stayed in constant communication with the seller and HOA. She went above and beyond the normal expectations for a real estate agent, and we are so appreciative! She is a true advocate for her clients and isn't afraid to ask questions of the seller, HOA, selling agent, insurance company, Petco, if you have a question, she is diligent about hunting down the answer. She isn't timid and works hard to get the best deal for her clients, she isn't afraid to ask or negotiate. Brittany is also incredibly responsive. We purchased our home in the busiest time of our work year (who thought that was a good idea?) and yet Brittany made it all possible. She handled all the details to make the most efficient use of our time. She is also a local with lots of Seattle knowledge and provided sound advice on neighborhoods and traffic patterns. The home we ultimately purchased is a gem and it wouldn't be ours without Brittany. We also feel that we gained a friend throughout this process. I'm not even sure where to begin to explain all the benefits of working with Brittany on our recent real estate transactions. First, let's tackle the help she provided when purchasing our new home. We searched for our ideal place for a very long time, I have to think it was a lot longer than most people.
